We got an update today on Mebira. It's so nice to hear more details about her. Apparently, her favourite food is rice, and her favourite toy is a doll. (I hope it's the little cabbage patch we gave her). She likes all the food she has been given at the Transition House, (wow, that will be a change to have a kid who likes all the food I make!), and she gets along well with the other kids.
She has been attending school for 6 weeks, and is reciting some English phrases and learning a bit about Canada. She likes to be hugged when she is sad...I can't wait to give her a hug!
Less than 2 weeks now!
