Things are looking up a little bit. Arvid's dad started responding to stimulation today. He was able to move his right side a bit, and then started squeezing our hand when we asked questions...like a yes/no game. By the end of the night tonight he was able to squeeze both hands. He's also able to open his eyes a bit. So exciting!
He's been breathing on his own since 1:30 today so they may remove the breathing tubes tomorrow...The scans they took today looked good. He's not out of the woods yet...day 4 and day 7 and all the way up to day 21 can be particularly difficult for aneurysm patients (due to spasms or something). We'll take it one day at a time, though.

Now if only I could find a way to multiply my time...or clone myself so I can go to the hospital AND get everything else done!! :-)
